Terms of Service

Last updated: July 20, 2026. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of easydaysupplements.com and your purchases from Easy Day Supplements (“Easy Day”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us. By ordering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

Products, pricing, and availability

We try to describe products, prices, and availability accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error free. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

If a product or order contains an error in price or description, we reserve the right to correct the error and to cancel any affected order, even after it is placed, and to refund any amount charged.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, in whole or in part. Submitting an order authorizes us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for the total shown, including shipping and tax. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal

If you choose a subscription (“Subscribe & Save”), you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval you select, at the then-current price, until you cancel. We will send a confirmation of each subscription order.

You can skip, pause, or cancel any time from your account before your next billing date, with no fee and no phone call. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund an order already placed. This is your cancellation right under California's Automatic Renewal Law and similar state laws.

Discounts and promotions

Promotional codes are subject to their stated terms, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be modified or ended at any time. First-order codes are valid for new customers only.

Shipping and risk of loss

We ship within the United States. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the package to the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy.

Returns

Our satisfaction guarantee and return process are described in our Returns & Guarantee policy, which is part of these Terms.

Reviews and testimonials

If you submit a review, you confirm it is your own honest, genuine opinion based on real experience and does not violate any law or third-party right. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with our business.

Our review standards. We invite reviews from verified customers after purchase. We publish both positive and negative reviews and do not alter the substance of what a reviewer writes or suppress reviews because they are unfavorable. We may decline or remove content that is off-topic, unlawful, abusive, fake, or that makes medical claims. If a reviewer ever received free product or other compensation in exchange for a review, that connection is disclosed with the review; the vast majority of our reviews are unincentivized verified purchases.

Results vary. Individual experiences described in reviews are personal and not typical, are not a guarantee of results, and are not medical advice. Dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the Easy Day name and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping, introducing malware, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Health disclaimer

Our products are dietary supplements, not medicine. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your physician before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some states do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Day and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Some states do not allow the limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Easy Day harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration section below.

Dispute resolution; arbitration; class waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights. You and Easy Day agree to first try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting support@easydaysupplements.com. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or our products will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. Easy Day will pay the arbitration filing and administrative fees that those rules require us to pay for consumer claims. The arbitration may be conducted by phone or video, or in the county where you live.

Class-action waiver. Disputes will be brought only in your or our individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.

Carve-outs. This section does not require arbitration of claims for injunctive relief to protect intellectual property, and either party may seek relief in court for such claims.

30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@easydaysupplements.com within 30 days of your first purchase, stating your name and that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

Force majeure; entire agreement

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, supply shortages, or acts of nature. These Terms, together with the policies linked here, are the entire agreement between you and Easy Day regarding the Site and supersede prior agreements.

Changes and severability

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept them. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
