Easy Day Supplements started in 2019 with a simple frustration: the supplement aisle is full of proprietary blends, fairy dust doses, and marketing that outruns the label. We wanted the opposite.
We are veteran-owned and SEAL-founded. The standard we held in service is the standard we hold here: do the basics with total discipline, and don't cut corners where no one is looking.
The founder
Jason Higgins built Easy Day for a specific kind of person: the one who shows up when it is not convenient, who does the boring fundamentals every day, and who wants to know exactly what they are putting in their body. That discipline is the whole brand.
The name comes from an old teams line: the only easy day was yesterday. It is not a promise that things get easier. It is a reminder that you earn the day in front of you, on purpose, with the reps nobody sees.
The standard
Every product we make is single-ingredient, fully disclosed, and third-party tested for purity and potency. No proprietary blends. No hidden doses. What the label says is what is in the jar.
We make products for people who train like outcomes matter, and who want the same transparency we would demand ourselves. If a batch does not meet spec, it does not ship. Certificates of analysis are available on request.
