Easy Day Supplements
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 20, 2026. Easy Day Supplements (“Easy Day”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates easydaysupplements.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the rights and choices you have. By using the Site or buying from us, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us. Name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, order and payment details, subscription preferences, product reviews, and any messages you send us.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site we collect device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URL, and interactions, using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy.
Information from third parties. Our payment processor, shipping carriers, and advertising and analytics partners may provide information related to your transactions and interactions.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number is entered directly with Stripe and is never seen or stored on our servers. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.
How we use your information
- Process, fulfill, and ship your orders, and manage subscriptions and renewals.
- Send transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, review requests) by email and, if you opt in, SMS.
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- With your consent, send marketing email and SMS, which you can opt out of at any time.
- Measure and improve our advertising, including through pixels and conversion measurement.
- Detect and prevent fraud, secure the Site, and comply with legal obligations.
Cookies, pixels, and advertising
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the Site, plus analytics and advertising cookies and pixels (the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API) to understand traffic and measure ad performance. Those non-essential cookies run until you opt out: decline them in our consent banner, or send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal, which we treat as a valid opt-out for that browser and device. See our Cookie Policy.
How we share information
We share personal information with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, including: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Shippo and carriers such as USPS and UPS (shipping and tracking), Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery, and security), and Meta and Google (advertising and analytics).
We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. We do not sell your personal information for money.
“Sale” and “sharing” under California law
We do not sell personal information for monetary value. However, our use of advertising cookies and pixels to deliver and measure ads may be considered “sharing” or a “sale” of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar laws. You can opt out at any time through our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page, our cookie banner, or a GPC signal.
Categories of personal information
In the last 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information (as defined by the CCPA), disclosed them to the service-provider categories noted, and collected them from you, your device, and our partners:
- Identifiers (name, email, phone, address, IP, device/online identifiers). Disclosed to: payment, email, shipping, hosting, and advertising/analytics providers.
- Commercial information (orders, products purchased, subscriptions, reviews). Disclosed to: payment, shipping, and analytics providers.
- Internet or network activity (pages viewed, interactions, referring URL). Disclosed to: hosting and advertising/analytics providers.
- Geolocation (approximate, from IP). Disclosed to: hosting and advertising/analytics providers.
- Inferences (interests drawn from activity, used for advertising). Disclosed to: advertising/analytics providers.
We do not collect government IDs, biometric, or precise geolocation data, and we do not knowingly process sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right-to-limit. We retain each category only as long as described in “Data retention” below.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: know and access the personal information we hold about you; request correction or deletion; obtain a portable copy; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising; limit the use of sensitive personal information; opt out of profiling in furtherance of significant decisions; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and other states with privacy laws have these rights.
To exercise a right, email support@easydaysupplements.com or use our contact form, or visit our Do Not Sell or Share page. We will verify your request using information such as your email and order history, and respond within 45 days (extendable once as allowed by law). You may use an authorized agent, subject to verification.
Right to appeal
If we decline your request, you may appeal by emailing support@easydaysupplements.com with the subject “Privacy Appeal.” We will respond in writing within the period your state requires (for example, 45 days in Virginia and Connecticut, 60 days in Colorado). If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General to file a complaint.
Financial incentives
We offer benefits such as a first-order discount for joining our email or SMS list, and a 20% “Subscribe & Save” discount. When you sign up, you provide personal information (email and, if you opt in, phone). These programs are financial incentives under the CCPA. We base our good-faith estimate of the value of your information on the value of the discount we extend relative to our average order value, and we assign no other monetary value to your data. The value of your information is reasonably related to the value of the discount and the expected value of your continued business. Participation is entirely optional, you consent by signing up, and you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing (email) or replying STOP (SMS) without losing access to the Site.
California “Shine the Light”
We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes, so no “Shine the Light” (Cal. Civ. Code 1798.83) request is necessary.
Email and SMS choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any email. For text messages, reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms. Transactional messages about your orders may still be sent.
Data retention
We keep each category of personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete or de-identify it:
- Order and transaction records: up to 7 years, to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
- Marketing contact data (email, phone, consent records): until you unsubscribe or opt out, plus a short suppression record so we honor your choice.
- Support messages: up to 3 years.
- Reviews: for as long as published, until you ask us to remove them.
- Website analytics and advertising identifiers: per the provider's retention settings, generally up to 24 months.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
International visitors
We operate in the United States and process information there. If you access the Site from outside the US, you understand your information will be processed in the US, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.

Consumer health data
We do not sell information that could be considered “consumer health data” (for example, inferences about your health drawn from the supplements you buy), and we do not use it to build health profiles. Advertising and analytics pixels run by default and stop as soon as you decline them in our consent banner or send a Global Privacy Control signal, which we treat as a valid opt-out for that browser and device. Washington and Nevada residents may contact us at support@easydaysupplements.com to exercise rights under their consumer health data laws, including asking us to delete consumer health data we hold.
