SMS Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 20, 2026. These terms govern the Easy Day Supplements SMS/text messaging program. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program description

When you opt in, we send recurring marketing and transactional text messages, such as offers, product news, order updates, and review requests, to the number you provide.

Eligibility and consent

You must be at least 18 years old to join. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You give consent by submitting your mobile number and checking the opt-in box, or by texting us to join. By opting in you agree to these terms and to our Terms of Service.

Message frequency and rates

You will receive up to approximately 8 messages per month; frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. We are not responsible for charges from your carrier. We send messages only during reasonable hours (generally 8am to 9pm in your local time zone).

Opt out and help

Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or email support@easydaysupplements.com. After you text STOP we will send one confirmation and then stop, unless you opt in again.

Carriers and privacy

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with any third party for their own marketing.
