California Prop 65

Last updated: July 20, 2026. California's Proposition 65 (the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986) requires businesses to provide a warning to California consumers about significant exposures to certain chemicals.

We take purity seriously. Our manufacturer has every production batch tested by an independent lab and screens for contaminants, including those on the Proposition 65 list. Where a product requires a Proposition 65 warning, that warning appears on the product's page and, where applicable, on its label.

When a warning applies

If a product carries a warning, it will read substantially as follows: “WARNING: Consuming this product can expose you to chemicals including [chemical], which is known to the State of California to cause [cancer / birth defects or other reproductive harm]. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.”

A warning is not a statement that a product is unsafe or violates any other standard. It reflects California's especially conservative exposure limits. If you want the certificate of analysis for your lot, email support@easydaysupplements.com and we will request it from our manufacturer for you.
